TRAINING FOR SUCCESS (TFS)

TFS is designed to prepare young people for the world of work, giving the necessary skills and abilities to secure employment.

Training for Success relies on local employers to provide placements for TFS participants.  If you are interested in getting involved with helping young people in training please contact BCW Training Ltd.

Participants are in receipt of a training allowance and do not require additional payment.  Trainees receive travel expense and a Trainee Bonus Scheme is in practice.
