BCW Training Ltd Achieves Good Training Guide Recognition

We are delighted to announce that BCW Training Ltd has met the required standards and has achieved Good Training Guide recognition.

The Good Training Guide, the independent guide that gives potential trainees, parents and salon owners an informed choice when it comes to choosing a quality training provider is part of the Good Salon Guide, established in 1993.  The Good Salon Guide is the only independent nationwide hairdressing guide.  It recognises and promotes professional standards and services within the hairdressing industry.

Dawson Penn, Chairman of the Good Training Guide, commented “I am delighted that BCW Training Ltd has succeeded in reaching the standards required to achieve recognition by the Good Training Guide.  The Good Training Guide offers potential trainees, parents and salon owners information about the best training establishments in their area, allowing them to make their choice with confidence.”

Madeline Black, Head of School of Hairdressing at BCW Training Ltd added: “The Good Training Guide is real step forward when it comes to choosing training, giving a real choice to prospective trainees or existing hairdressers looking for some refresher training.”

Good luck Jackie!

This year we have nominated Jackie O’Brien for the 2012 Essential Skills Award.  Jackie completed her Level 2 in Essential Skills in Numeracy and Literacy.  She also completed her NVQ Level 2 in Hairdressing and is now working part-time in Ann-Marie’s Hairdressers.

Jackie is an inspiration to all the single parents out there.  Her determination to gain qualifications and begin her career in Hairdressing resulted in securing employment and a better future for her young family.  We wish Jackie all the best for the future and fingers crossed she wins the Essential Skills Award in Antrim area.
