You can apply for this card if you have either:

Passed the QCF Level One or SCQF Level 4 Award in Health and Safety in a Construction Environment. To find out how to take this award contact us and we will advise you about training and assessment availability, pricing and whether funding is available.

or Hold a valid Site Safety Plus Health and Safety Awareness Course certificate

or Complete the IOSH Working safely course

All applicants must also pass the Operatives CITB Health Safety & Environment test.

This card is valid for five years.
