BCW Training Ltd is offering employers in the Moyle Area an opportunity to up-skill their workforce and address their training needs. By participating in the ApprenticeshipsNI Programme, you are training employees and allowing your business to grow and meeting ever changing business needs.

WHAT DOES IT INVOLVE?

Learning is vocational, based around an employee’s everyday role and responsibilities with additional training and support provided by BCW Training Ltd.  Employers must allow for training to take place in contracted working hours.

 

HOW IS TRAINING FUNDED?

Department for the Economy (DFE) fund directed training for the duration of the AprenticeshipsNI Programme.

An incentive bonus of up to £1,500 is available for employers depending on the occupational area.

 

DOES MY BUSINESS QUALIFY?

You must meet to following requirements:

  • Training is in the employees skill area
  • Staff must have the opportunity to upskill
  • Employees are contracted for 21 hours or more
